Rekindled (Parts I-III)
(Preview)
I.
You have rekindled my spirit
After waning away to mere nothingness
And have taken it into the softest place,
Your hands folded in mine;
I remember now, what it feels like
As we dance on this summer night
II.
On the sands of this beach, you are here with me-
In the wind, the waves; your breat...

It Was Here
(Preview)
It was here, under the shade of a willow tree
Where two laid in the grass
Eyes seeing nothing but
Seeing everything
Palms engaged, lips exchanging kisses
Like waves
(Time paused
The world became infinite,
Small
Dissipating)
It was here, under the shade of the moon
Where one, stirred by...

A Moment
(Preview)
A moment
is all it would take
to have you stripped down to
vulnerability
Playing at my fingertips
celestial vibrance in your
smile
Thunder in each breath
as I rest my cheek against your chest.
A moment
is all I would ever need
to inhale your being
and taste your soul and cling
like fresh m...

Sensual Arousal (Awakening)

Rain misted hair
With the scent of spring
(Ive just smelled natures perfume)
Her eyes
Two mystic galaxies of secrets
(Ive just seen heaven)
Her skin and her fingertips
Delicate as a newly blossomed orchid
(Ive just touched moistened clouds)
Her voice gentle
As the call of a hushed stre...

This Love Story
(Preview)
* a different kind of love story*
When low melted the candle's wax
and the moon gently waned;
She glimpsed a shadow passing quick
along her window's pane.
Goddess Night softly sleeps
calling all the dreamers to her breast;
Yet she who pined for romance's tide
knew not the peace to be had in re...

Bringing In The Day
(Preview)
I fell asleep to the weight of your body pressing against mine, your breath against my neck woke me in the silent hours of early morning and I could not stop my hands from roaming. So I haven't been here a while, but I'm feeling neglected on my other board, so let me know what you think of this - good or bad! :)

Hands up, the professor said,
if you know the answer.
He never called on the back-row blonde
in case an inflection or stutter leaked.
Office doors creaked ofte...

Breathe in, Breathe out
I feel you, darlin'

and lustful eyes
and I'll serenade you a river's
flowing.

Out of my Control
(Preview)
In the corridors of work
I stay busy not thinking of you.
When I slumber there isn't
anything we don't do.
I use my tongue, fingers,
lips and eyes.
and watch your flesh
tighten and rise.
Your gentle fingers
become electric fire
that intensify
my hungry desire.
An invisible connection...

Note: I used to sometimes write poetry with elaborate rhyme schemes, and this is a good example of one (the scheme being ABACCDDBEEFGGF). Again this piece is not autobiographical; it is purely imagined; but hopefully it has an authentic feel all the same.
