With a hand beneath the breast,
he leads her to the bedstead;
there theyll sever from love
losses that arouse them to doubt.
When the weights like jelly
yet to be shaped to a vertical hang,
hes sure he has no sensation
when her hand draws back his lids.
As his mouth drinks of the goblet
hanging from the roof of the cave,
he tastes the dankness of centuries;
it covers their genitals in chalk.
As the fallen tableau of a war
they crumble between the sheets,
a bookmark in loves story;
a tremolo in our lifes banality.

Dude. This is really pretty good. Love the lines:
"As his mouth drinks of the goblet
hanging from the roof of the cave,
he tastes the dankness of centuries;"
Glad you found us. Keep writing here. You'll be appreciated for your mastery of words.
