She swore she'd never let him go, and she meant it. No amount of rain nor storm would force her arms to seperate. He was entwined around her very core, and as frightening as it was, it was beautiful and she had prayed for so long to sample even the slightest touch of beauty.
He swayed to and fro, parts of him too unsure to move forward while others clung on with desperation that rivaled the fear. He swore he loved her, even though some days it was too difficult to voice his emotions. Still, he refused to let her go, even when he saw doubt cloud her eyes and a tremble move her lip. He held on.
They both knew that love had found them real. Every bone in their body set for their passion and a future that they both believed held magic. So long as they could hold on...
It takes courage, it takes steel and grit and blood, to weather the trials that continually bombard such a fragile affair. But they had both sworn, and as the rest of the world howls and rages against them, they hold on to each other for all their worth.
Not as simple of a poem as it seems at a first glance. Very well done dear, eyes or no eyes. Very tender, very heartfelt, and breaming with emotion. Loved it! :)

Thank you.. I wrote from the very first emotion/impression this gave me. Was afterwards I saw the eyes.. But I'll ponder that later, because I am sticking by that first wave of what I felt...
Thank you, again. ~Lady Poe
